Terms & Conditions

Orders & Quotes

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. An order is confirmed once you approve a written quote and, where required, pay any applicable deposit.

Artwork Approval

Production begins only after you approve a digital proof of your design. Once approved, changes may incur additional cost and affect delivery timelines.

Pricing & Payment

Orders over 100 pieces require a 50% deposit before production. Remaining balance is due before or upon delivery, as agreed at the time of ordering.

Delivery

Standard orders are delivered within 5–7 business days from artwork approval. Rush and same-day options are available for an additional fee, subject to feasibility.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before production begins. Once printing has started, cancellation may not be possible or may incur a cost for work already completed.

Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays or garment supplier shortages.
