Printing Defects
Misprinted or damaged items due to a fault on our part are reprinted or refunded free of charge. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Custom Printed Items
Because every order is custom printed to your specification, we cannot accept returns for correctly printed items simply due to a change of mind.
Cancellations Before Production
Orders cancelled before production begins are eligible for a full refund. Once printing has started, refunds may not be possible for work already completed.
Sizing Issues
We recommend requesting a sample or checking our size guide before a bulk order. If an entire order was produced in the wrong size due to our error, we will correct it free of charge.
