Need shirts in a hurry? Same-day printing is not guaranteed on every job, but it is sometimes possible for small orders with ready artwork, especially with DTF and heat transfer. Call or message us first and we will tell you honestly whether your date works.

Same-day t-shirt printing in London: what is realistic

Some printers promise same-day shirts for every order. We would rather be straight with you. Same-day printing is sometimes possible for us, but not always, and the answer depends on a few things we can only judge once we see your job. If you are in a hurry, the fastest route is to contact us early in the day with your artwork, your quantity and the time you need the shirts.

What decides whether same-day works

• Quantity: a handful of shirts is far easier to turn around than a hundred.
• Artwork: a clean vector file or high-resolution PNG with a transparent background saves hours. Artwork that needs redrawing does not.
• Method: DTF printing and heat transfer need no screen set-up, so they are the quickest options we have.
• Garments: standard sizes and colours are quicker to source and check than special requests.
• Workload: how busy the shop is on the day.

How to ask for a rush order

1. Call 020 3355 6191 or message us on WhatsApp as early in the day as you can. We are open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 8pm.
2. Send your artwork, the garment and size, the quantity and the time you need the shirts by.
3. We tell you whether the date is realistic and what any rush fee would be.
4. If you agree, we confirm the quote in writing and start production.

If we cannot do it in time, we will say so straight away, so you can look at other options rather than wait on a promise.

Rush fees and pricing

Rush turnaround carries an extra fee. We confirm it in your written quote before any work begins, with the garment, the print and each extra position on separate lines. Normal starting prices are on our pricing page: DTF printing from £4 per piece for the print itself, heat transfer from £3, and round neck t-shirts from £7. Estimated bulk prices fall from about £8 per piece at 10 to 25 pieces to about £4.80 at 500 or more, before any rush fee.

Best candidates for a fast turnaround

• A few personalised shirts for a party, a team or a last-minute event
• Names or numbers added to existing kit
• A small replacement run after a sizing mistake
• A short staff order for a shift starting tomorrow

When you should plan ahead instead

Large or complex jobs are not suited to same-day. Bulk orders, embroidery, sublimated sports kits and anything needing a sample need more time. For those, allow two to three weeks. Send artwork that saves time
