What we need from you for the sharpest possible print.

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) are ideal since they scale to any size without losing quality — especially important for embroidery digitizing. For raster images, aim for at least 300 DPI at the actual print size. If you only have a low-resolution logo, send it anyway — our design team can often trace it into a clean vector at no extra cost.
