T-Shirt Printing in the City of London

Branded polos, team-day tees and event wear for City firms, with invoicing for business accounts.

City firms need branded clothing for team days, charity events, client events and new-starter kits, and they need it to look right and arrive on time. We print and embroider polos, t‑shirts and hoodies, supply formal invoices for business accounts, and deliver to City offices.

Branded clothing for City of London firms

City teams order branded clothing for reasons that are quite different from a market stall or a gym. It might be polos for a client-facing reception team, hoodies for a charity challenge, t-shirts for a team-building day, or a set of matching shirts for a conference stand. The brief is usually tight on time and tight on brand standards. We work to both, and we keep one point of contact for the whole order.

What City firms usually order

  • Embroidered polos for reception, events and client-facing staff
  • T-shirts and hoodies for charity runs, volunteering days and team events
  • Matching shirts for conference and exhibition stands
  • Welcome kits and new-starter clothing for growing teams
  • Dress-down day and internal campaign shirts

Matching your brand exactly

Brand colour and logo placement matter more in a City setting than almost anywhere else. Send your logo as a vector file (AI, EPS or PDF) and your brand guidelines, and we match colours from Pantone references. For a rollout across several teams, we recommend approving a sample first, so the logo size and position are agreed before the full run. Placement options include the left chest, sleeve, back and cuff.

Embroidery or print?

For polos that are worn weekly, embroidery gives the cleanest look and lasts longest. For one-off events, large artwork or multi-colour designs, DTF printing is usually the better choice. Many firms use both: embroidered polos for staff, printed tees for event days. Our corporate t-shirt printing page explains how a company-wide order runs.

Invoices, deposits and approvals

Business accounts are supplied with formal invoices, and every quote is written and itemised before any work starts, which helps with internal sign-off. Orders over 100 pieces need a 50% deposit before production starts, and standard UK delivery is included in bulk quotes over 50 pieces. If your procurement team needs a particular format, tell us at the start.

Delivery to City offices

We deliver across London, including the City, and delivery can be split across several addresses in one order. That helps firms with more than one office or floor. Please give us the address and the date the order must arrive, which may be earlier than the date of the event.

Timing an event or rollout

Two to three weeks is a safe window for a company order, covering artwork approval, a sample and production. If your date is closer, tell us immediately. Rush production is available for an extra fee that is agreed in the quote before anything begins.

Visiting our shop

Our shop is at 140 Mile End Rd, Stepney Green, London E1 4GL. The Central line runs from Bank and Liverpool Street to Mile End, so it is a straightforward trip from most of the City if you want to see fabrics in person. We are open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 8pm. Many City orders are handled entirely online.

Pricing

On our pricing page, corporate uniforms start from £11 per piece at low volume, and embroidery starts from £6 per piece for the work itself. Estimated bulk prices step down from about £8 per piece at 10 to 25 pieces to about £4.80 at 500 or more. Your written quote lists the garment, the print or embroidery and any extra positions as separate lines.
