Sports Jersey Printing London

Vibrant, durable sublimated kits for clubs, teams, and leagues.

From five-a-side football to full league cricket and rugby kits, we use sublimation printing to dye colour directly into polyester fibers — meaning no cracking, peeling, or fading through a full season of matches, sweat, and washing.

Sports jersey printing in London

A team kit takes a beating: sweat, stretching, mud and a wash every week for a whole season. That is why we print most jerseys by sublimation. The dye is turned into a gas and bonds with the polyester fibres, so the colour becomes part of the fabric instead of sitting on top of it. There is nothing to crack, peel or flake, and designs can run right across the shirt, over seams and sleeves.

Who orders team kits

Football, cricket, rugby and netball clubs, running groups, gym teams, five-a-side leagues and school sports departments all use this service. Our sports clubs page and gym page cover those sectors in more detail. There is no minimum order, so a small five-a-side squad is as welcome as a full club.

Names, numbers and sponsors

Squad numbers and player names are added as part of the print, and every player can have a different number inside the same order. The easiest way to handle it is a spreadsheet with one row per player: name as it should appear, number, size and shirt type. Sponsor logos usually go on the chest or a sleeve. Please send each sponsor’s logo as a vector file early, because late artwork is the most common reason a kit order slips. We check that small logos and numbers stay readable at the size you plan to print them.

Designing your kit

Tell us your club colours and, if you have them, the Pantone references, and we will match them. Many teams start from a simple base colour with contrast panels on the sleeves and collar, then add the crest and sponsor. We will mock up the design for approval, and for larger orders we recommend approving a sample before the full run. If you have last season’s kit and want it repeated, send us the file or a photo.

Sizing a squad

Sizes run from youth up to 5XL depending on the garment. Collect each player’s size with a short form before you order, and add a few spare shirts in common sizes for late joiners and replacements. Ordering spares in the original run is more cost-effective than a small top-up order later.

When sublimation is not the right method

Sublimation needs a polyester or poly-blend fabric, and colours show best on white or light bases. For cotton training tees, warm-up tops or hoodies, we use DTF printing or heat transfer instead, which also suits adding names and numbers to existing kit.

What sports kit costs

On our pricing page, sports jerseys start from £12 per piece at low volume and sublimation printing from £5 per piece for the print itself. Prices step down with quantity: about £8 per piece at 10 to 25, about £6.40 at 51 to 100 and about £4.80 at 500 or more, as estimates. Orders over 100 pieces need a 50% deposit before production starts. Your quote lists the shirts, the print, numbering and any extra positions as separate lines.

Timing before the season

Standard orders ship in 5 to 7 business days once artwork is approved, but allow two to three weeks for a full kit order so there is time for design, sizing and a sample. Rush options carry an extra fee that we confirm in the quote first. Tell us your first match date and we will plan back from it.

Training wear, warm-ups and supporters

A match kit is only part of what a club needs. Training tops, warm-up jackets, hoodies for the touchline and supporter shirts all carry the same crest and colours. Cotton and cotton-blend items are best printed with DTF or heat transfer, so we can supply a matching set across fabrics in one quote.

Youth, school and charity teams

Youth squads grow quickly, so a sizing form completed close to the order date matters. For school fixtures and house colours, see school t-shirt printing. For charity matches and tournaments, event t-shirt printing covers timing and colour-coding for volunteers and organisers.

Looking after a sublimated kit

Wash the kit inside out at a moderate temperature and let it air dry where you can. Avoid fabric softener, which can coat polyester and trap odours, and avoid ironing over the print. Treated that way, a sublimated design should keep its colour through the season.
