Corporate T-Shirt Printing London

Consistent, professional branded apparel for your whole team.

Branded corporate apparel builds instant credibility with clients and gives staff a shared sense of identity. We print polos, t-shirts, and hoodies for offices, retail teams, and field staff — keeping logo placement, thread colour, and garment style consistent across every department.

Corporate t-shirt printing for London businesses

A uniform order is rarely just a print job. Somebody has to collect sizes from forty people, make sure the logo looks the same on a polo and a hoodie, and get everything delivered before the new office opens. We run corporate orders with all of that in mind, for offices, retail teams, restaurants, gyms and field staff.

What businesses usually order

  • Polo shirts for front-of-house and client-facing staff
  • T-shirts for shop floors, warehouses, events and team days
  • Hoodies and sweatshirts for colder months and remote teams
  • Sports jerseys for company sports days and charity runs

If your order is mainly workwear, our uniform printing page covers it in more detail.

Print or embroidery?

For client-facing staff, an embroidered left-chest logo on a polo usually looks the most polished and lasts the longest. Embroidery costs a little more than printing, but it suits uniforms that go through the wash every week. Printing is the better choice for large artwork, back prints, slogans and multi-colour logos, and we normally use DTF printing or heat transfer for it. Plenty of companies mix the two: embroidered polos for the front desk and printed tees for everyone else.

Getting the brand right

Send your logo as a vector file (AI, EPS or PDF) and, if you have them, your brand guidelines. We can match colours from Pantone references or from the guidelines you already use. Before a full rollout we recommend approving a sample, because a logo that looks right on a screen can sit differently on a chest pocket. Placement options include the chest, sleeve, back and cuff.

Collecting sizes from a whole company

Sizing is where most company orders slow down. We can share a size-collection template so each person adds their own size before you place the order, and a few spare pieces in common sizes help when someone changes their mind. Mixed sizes inside one design are normal and carry no extra charge.

Several departments or several offices

Different departments can have different designs inside the same order, and delivery can be split across several addresses, so head office and each branch receive their own box. That keeps one point of contact, one quote and one invoice for the whole job.

Quotes, invoices and deposits

Every quote is written and approved before any work starts. We can provide formal invoices for business accounts. Orders over 100 pieces need a 50% deposit before production begins, and standard UK delivery is included in bulk quotes over 50 pieces.

What corporate printing costs

On our pricing page, corporate uniforms start from £11 per piece at low volume, and the price falls as headcount grows. What matters for your budget is the quote itself. It lists the garment, the print or embroidery, any extra position and delivery as separate lines, so whoever signs it off can see exactly what they are paying for. The bulk t-shirt printing page shows how quantity discounts step down.

Timing a large rollout

For a company-wide order, plan on two to three weeks. Smaller orders can move faster, and rush production is available for an extra fee that we agree in the quote first. Tell us the deadline at the start and we will work back from it, including the time you need to collect sizes and approve the sample.

New starters and repeat orders

Your branding stays on file. When someone joins, you send us their size and we match the earlier order rather than starting again, which keeps new hires looking the same as the rest of the team.

Sectors we print for

Corporate does not only mean offices. We regularly print for restaurants and cafes, gyms and fitness studios, startups, charities and NGOs and colleges, and each of them asks for something slightly different. A kitchen team needs fabric that copes with heat and frequent washing. A startup often wants a softer, fashion-led fit for its launch. A charity may need a low-cost run with a bold message. Tell us which one you are and we will suggest a garment and method to suit.

Before you request a quote

You do not need everything below to get started, but each item shortens the back-and-forth.

  • Your logo as a vector file, or the best version you have
  • The number of people, and whether sizes are known yet
  • The garments you have in mind (t-shirt, polo, hoodie or a mix)
  • Where the logo should sit, for example left chest, back or sleeve
  • The date you need the order by
  • One delivery address, or several if the order is split across offices
